Head of Stablecoins, Coinbase
Alec Lovett is the Head of Stablecoins at Coinbase, where he leads efforts to accelerate stablecoin adoption across both consumer and institutional markets. His focus is on unlocking the full potential of stablecoins as programmable, accessible, and yield-bearing assets that can transform global payments and modern financial infrastructure. A frequent speaker on the future of digital money, Alec's expertise includes how stablecoins can fundamentally reshape payments, money movement, and financial services more broadly. Before joining Coinbase, he helped build and scale digital financial platforms at Stripe, Podium, and Paxios!
Steven Goldfeder
CEO and Co-Founder, Offchain Labs
Steven Goldfeder is the CEO and co-founder of Offchain Labs, the company building Arbitrum. Steven received his doctorate from Princeton University and is a published author of multiple research papers on computer science, cryptography, blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and more. Steven co-founded Offchain Labs in 2018.

Elena Sinelnikova

Elena Sinelnikova is the co-founder of Metis, a next-generation Ethereum Layer 2 dual-chain system focused on the human-aligned AI. She also co-founded CryptoChicks, a global nonprofit that empowers women through blockchain and AI education. A long-time advocate for regenerative Web3 ecosystems, Elena is leading the movement toward ethical, community-driven AI infrastructure.
Haseeb Qureshi
Managing Partner, Dragonfly
Haseeb is Managing Partner at Dragonfly, a multibillion dollar leading crypto VC firm, and is a longtime technology-focused crypto investor. Haseeb was previously a General Partner at Metastable Capital (now acquired by Dragonfly). Prior, Haseeb founded a stablecoin startup, was a blockchain engineer at Earn.com (acquired by Coinbase), an anti-fraud engineer at Airbnb, and was previously a top 10 globally ranked professional poker player. He has taught a class on web3 Entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley and is widely followed for his technical expertise in crypto.

Ryan Zega
Head of Structured Finance, Aptos
Ryan Zega is the Head of Structured Finance at Aptos Labs, a leading institutional-grade Layer 1 blockchain. Prior to this, he was the Senior Director of Capital Markets and Business Development at tZERO, a global leading liquidity platform for private securities and digital assets. Previously, Ryan held various acquisition, asset management, and debt origination roles at institutional commercial real estate companies including Paramount Group, Inc. (NYSE: PGRE), Normandy Real Estate Partners, and PGIM Real Estate.
Tom Menner
CTO, SBI Digital Markets
Tom is the Chief Technology Officer for SBI Digital Markets in Singapore, where he heads up the IT strategy, development, cybersecurity and operations. SBI Digital Markets focuses on digital assets, financial products, custody and digitized operations for regional and global capital markets. Prior to joining SBI DM he was the Head of Asia Pacific for IntellectEU, a technology services provider for blockchain, confidential computing, and artificial intelligence. He was also the Director of Solution Architecture in Asia Pacific for R3, a blockchain and digital assets platform company; and he had a lengthy 20+ year career at IBM as a Global Solution Architect.

Tom is originally from New York City, but he has also lived in Los Angeles and in Tokyo, and he is now on his second stint living in Singapore.
Kate Laurence
CEO, Founder & General Partner, Bloccelerate VC
Kate Laurence is the CEO, Founder & General Partner of Bloccelerate VC, a Web3 focused venture fund investing in category-defining blockchain companies. Since 2018, Kate grew the firm from $1M AUM to $85M+ today.

As the leader of the $100M Bloccelerate fund, Laurence drives its strategy and investment decisions, fueled by a passion for promoting self-sovereignty in money, assets, and data. Before establishing Bloccelerate, she spent nearly a decade as an investment director at Gartner (NYSE: IT), the world’s largest technology research firm, where she advised top Silicon Valley investors like A16Z, Sequoia, and KKR on enterprise technology investments.

A Harvard University graduate, Laurence is frequently featured on Bloomberg, Forbes, Geekwire, and at the World Economic Forum in Davos. She is also a member of the Milken Young Leaders Circle (YLC).
Kim Hochfeld
Global Head of Cash and Digital , State Street Investment Management
Kim Hochfeld, Senior Managing Director, is the Global Head of Cash, Digital and Securities Lending for State Street Investment Management. Kim has responsibility for the design and execution of the firm’s Digital Strategy, as well as the distribution of the firm’s institutional liquidity solutions. She co-chairs the Talent and Learning Council, is a member of the Executive Management Group, the EMEA Executive Committee, and State Street’s senior leadership team.

Prior to her current role, Kim was Head of Liquidity Distribution for EMEA and Asia at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Kim has been involved in the money market fund industry since 2005 and has held several senior-level sales and leadership roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Blackrock and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Prior to this, Kim worked at Bank of America, Bank One, and JP Morgan in London, Geneva and Brussels.

Kim has served two terms as elected Chair of the Board of the Institutional Money Market Fund Association (IMMFA), the industry trade body based in London, and is now serving a third term as a Board member.

Kim holds an MSc from the London School of Economics & Political Science and a BA from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
