Where will SmartCon take place?

When should I plan to arrive?
SmartCon will take place on November 4-5, 2025. We encourage you to arrive by November 2 to give you time to settle in and take part in any side events that may be taking place.

What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket grants you full access to the entire SmartCon experience, including:
- All mainstage and breakout agenda sessions
- Networking opportunities with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors
- Daily food and beverages during the conference
- Access to our official closing party, SmartCon After Dark
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of a change in plans, purchased tickets can be reassigned to another attendee as long as this process is initiated by October 31st (note that new recipients cannot already be registered as an attendee). Email smartcon@chain.link for assistance with this process.

You can fly into any of the following major airports:

How do I get there via the subway?
The following subway lines have stops near to Metropolitan Pavilion. Visit New York City Transit / MTA for service status, transport-related apps, and more, as well as standard subway and bus route maps.
- The 1 Train — From the 18th St stop, walk east to 125 W 18th St.
- The 2 or 3 Train — From the 14th St. stop, walk uptown (north) to 18th St. and 7th Ave; turn right onto 18th St., and proceed east to 125 W. 18th St.
- The A, C, or E Train — From the 14th St. stop, walk uptown (north) on 8th Ave to 18th St.; turn right onto 18th St, then, crossing over 7th Avenue, proceed to 125 W 18th St.
- The M, F or L train — From the 14th St. stop, walk uptown (north) on 6th Ave to 18th St, then turn left onto 18th St and proceed to 125 W 18th St.
- The 4, 5, 6, Q, R, N, or W train; From the 14th St. stop at Union Square, walk uptown (north) on Broadway, take a left at 18th St then proceed west to 125 W. 18th St.
Will you give me an invitation letter for my visa application?
