Noah Buxton

Noah has more than 15 years of experience serving clients across complex tax, audit, legal, and regulatory compliance matters. Noah sets the strategy and oversees execution at The Network Firm, while continuing to serve clients directly and advance thought leadership and best practices for the crypto industry.

Since 2016, Noah has served hundreds of digital asset clients, innovated in Proof of Reserves, and named by Accounting Today as "one to watch." Noah co-created and launched the world’s first application of real-time CPA attest technology in 2018, and partnered with Chainlink to launch the first ever On-chain Proof of Reserves feed in 2019.

Noah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and a former member of the California Bar Association. He has actively served in the AICPA's Digital Assets Working Group since 2018 and is a former Steering Committee member for C4's Cryptocurrency Security Standard (CCSS) and Executive Committee and Accounting Taskforce leader for The Digital Chamber (TDC).

Noah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Economics from the University of Nevada Reno and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego.
