Alireza Dorfard has been Head of Market Data + Services and a member of Deutsche Börse’s Trading & Clearing Management Team since August 2021. In this role, Dr. Dorfard is responsible for Deutsche Börse Group's data dissemination business, which focuses on the continuous development of new and innovative data products.

Before joining Deutsche Börse Group in June 2020 as Head of Data Services, Dr. Dorfard was responsible for Mastercard's Data & Services business and a member of the management team in Germany and Switzerland. He started his career at Boston Consulting Group, consulting clients from the financial services industry.

Dr. Dorfard studied financial mathematics at the Goethe University in Frankfurt and received his PhD in econometrics from the University of Trier.
