Andrew Clews is the Enterprise Strategy & Governance Lead at The Graph, where he focuses on bridging institutional finance and decentralized data infrastructure. With over 15 years of experience across capital markets and enterprise transformation, Andrew has led initiatives spanning regulatory reform, e-commerce, and trading analytics.

He began his career at TD Waterhouse during the 2008 financial crisis, supporting clients through
economic turbulence later progressing into leadership roles focused on investment strategy and client experience.

He went on to serve as a subject matter expert in corporate actions, and spent over eight years delivering complex regulatory and trading platform projects in wholesale banking.
Today, Andrew is helping shape the future of finance by enabling institutional adoption of Web3 technologies - with a focus on governance, interoperability, and trust.
