Kerem Kolcuoglu, MBA is the Managing Partner at Penrose Partners and currently serves as the Digital Finance Advisor to the Government of Bermuda’s Ministry of Finance. Since 2017 he has advised municipal and federal governments across the world on digital finance education and adoption. Additionally, Kerem has been a leader in the institutional adoption of digital assets having advised 3iQ Corp., Apex Group, and OnRe in launching industry-first digital investment products. Kerem previously held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a co-founder of the Bermuda Stablecoin Association and the Bermuda Digital Finance Forum.
