Chaitanya Konda

Chaitanya Konda is the Principal Product Manager in the BCM team, where she leads initiatives in privacy and connectivity, specifically Private Smart Contracts. With over a decade of experience developing privacy preserving blockchain solutions for institutional finance, she brings deep expertise at the intersection of applied cryptography, product strategy, and BCM customers.
Chaitanya began her career as an applied cryptographer at EY, where she led the development of Nightfall and contributed to Starlight, pioneering zero knowledge proof systems for private token transfers and scalable onchain computation. She also oversaw Nightfall’s mainnet deployment in collaboration with Polygon.
She later transitioned into product management, serving as Lead Product Manager at Espresso Systems, where she oversaw CAPE, a Layer 1 blockchain focused on customizable privacy and compliance for token issuers. Most recently, as Senior Technical Product Manager at Fireblocks, she led the creation of a privacy preserving identity network, serving 2,000+ institutional clients managing over $87B in assets.
Chaitanya holds a Master’s in Management and International Business from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Anna University.
