Joshua Gottlieb
CEO & Founder, Lendvest
Josh is the CEO and Founder of Lendvest, a non-custodial fixed term lending protocol with the mission to improve the capital efficiency of blockchain-based lending. He began working in decentralized finance at Agenus in 2018. Josh was integral to the development of one of the first tokenized stocks for a public company, a project recognized by MIT Technology Review that laid the groundwork for tokenization in compliant seetings. At State Street Bank, he expanded his work to include ETF tokenization and blockchain-based settlement. In 2021, he founded K Level 1 to apply cutting-edge cybersecurity and smart contract capabilities to enterprise and startup companies. Additionally, Josh serves as an project manager and architect for NYC Node, which provides a compliant, direct connection to blockchains, serving as a public good for NYC.
