Adam Minehardt
Head of Public Policy, Chainlink Labs
Adam is the Head of Public Policy for Chainlink Labs. Prior he was a Principal at FS Vector, Global Head of Government Relations for the Stellar Development Foundation, and a Director of Federal Affairs for Citigroup. Adam was appointed to the CFTC's GMAC Digital Asset Subcommittee in 2023. His government service includes 17 years in the U.S. House, including serving as a Chief of Staff and a Committee Staff Director. He co-founded the Layer One Blockchain Coalition in 2022 and has worked for or represented six of the top 20 crypto/blockchain projects by market cap. Named Top Lobbyist by The Hill for 2022, 2023 and 2024.
