Ed Felten is Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Offchain Labs, the team behind Arbitrum, a leading Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution. His recent work focuses on blockchain scalability and security. He previously served as Deputy U.S. Chief Technology Officer (2015-2017) and Chief Technologist at the FTC (2011-2012). A member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the ACM, and Professor Emeritus at Princeton University, Felten's current research advances crucial blockchain infrastructure development and security mechanisms.
