Ben Sherwin
General Counsel, Chainlink Labs
Ben Sherwin has been General Counsel at Chainlink Labs since shortly after mainnet launch in 2019. He served as GC at blockchain and FinTech companies after leaving Bank of America's equity capital markets desk in 2012 and, prior to that, ran equity capital markets legal at Merrill Lynch, where he sat on several SIFMA committees and served on the FINRA Corporate Financing Committee. He was trained at Sidley and holds a JD from Boston College Law School, an MA in War Studies from King's College London, and a BA in History from Yale University.
