As Chief Business Officer, Johann oversees the integration process for developers and protocols looking to build with Chainlink. Projects implementing Chainlink span a vast array of decentralized applications, including decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, gaming, insurance, and more. Johann has been involved in shaping the DeFi space through the use of Chainlink since its inception in 2019, when he worked with now-leading DeFi protocols like Aave and Synthetix. He is a firm believer that blockchain technology and hybrid smart contracts are set to revolutionize modern financial systems and our relationships with them.
