Ankur Prasad is SVP, Head of Bank Product at Capital One. He was most recently head of product for consumer martech and messaging products and systems, which Capital One uses to engage with customers through billions of messages per week. Before joining Capital One, Ankur spent five years at Meta helping build the Business Messaging platform—powering conversations between people and businesses on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Prior to that, he spent over a decade developing and enhancing products at leading tech companies, including Microsoft and Amazon. He has a passion for creating and scaling new businesses, building high-impact teams, and shaping intuitive and compelling customer experiences.
