Joseph Sticco is the co-founder of Cryptex Finance, a protocol pioneering decentralized index infrastructure on Ethereum and Layer 2s. He led the creation of TCAP, the world’s first onchain Total Crypto Market Cap Index, and CRYPTO40, a fully-backed, tokenized index capturing over 85% of the digital asset market.

Under Joseph’s leadership, Cryptex has forged key integrations with Chainlink, Arbitrum, and major custodians to bring institutional-grade financial products to DeFi. He has represented Cryptex at the White House, on national television, and in Washington, D.C. as an outspoken advocate for crypto policy that protects open infrastructure and decentralized innovation in the U.S.
