As a Certified Crypto Assets Financial Crime Specialist with 20+ years of entrepreneurial acumen, Reyes has successfully positioned El Salvador as a global digital asset hub, with its regulatory framework ranked 2nd worldwide by Coincub, just behind Switzerland, pioneering a new standard in digital asset governance.
