Lukas Hajdukiewicz

Lukas Hajdukiewicz is the Chief Growth Officer at Blueprint Finance, where he leads institutional capital partnerships, protocol expansion, and vault infrastructure strategy across Concrete and Glow. Prior to Blueprint, Lukas held senior leadership roles at Eigen Labs and BitGo, where he helped scale EigenLayer’s validator ecosystem and drove over $30B in institutional asset growth across staking, custody, and DeFi integrations.
Lukas began his career underwriting venture and credit strategies at Silicon Valley Bank, and later played a foundational role at HeightZero, which was acquired by BitGo. His work consistently bridges regulated financial infrastructure with cutting-edge digital asset architecture—specializing in restaking, qualified custody, and cross-chain yield deployment.
