Ashley O’Brien is a dynamic communications and financial services professional known for her ability to bridge strategy, technology, and people to drive meaningful organizational impact. With a career spanning over two decades across capital markets, financial technology and B2B products for international organizations, Ashley has built a reputation for transforming complex subjects into clear, compelling stories and engaging stakeholders across all levels.
Prior to joining Chainlink she held positions at Vested Communications where she worked with numerous banks and financial technology firms, and at Citi where she managed marketing/commercialization for client segments and various products across the treasury and trade services group. Ashley also spent her early career at Swift as part of the communications team for North America as well as the Innotribe team.
She has a bachelor’s degree from New York University and is passionate about financial inclusion, impactful storytelling, creative problem solving, and civil rights. Ashley lives in New Jersey with her partner, their daughter, and dog and spends her free time gardening, cooking, painting, singing, and distance running.
