Adele Ressa is an Account Executive with over 14 years of experience at the intersection of financial services and emerging technology. She partners with global banking and capital markets leaders to drive strategic digital transformation through blockchain and smart contract solutions.
Before joining Chainlink, Adele led business development and client strategy initiatives across the financial services industry, specializing in complex technology implementations that deliver both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. She previously worked at Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, where she helped build, scale, and successfully commercialize CheckMatch, a Web3 application for the digital conveyance of checks and remittances — earning recognition as a co-inventor on a U.S. patent for the technology, which was later sold to Deluxe.
Earlier in her career, Adele served as a Senior Manager within EY’s Financial Services Office (FSO) Advisory, leading large-scale transformation programs for major U.S. and global banks and insurers. Her experience spans front-, middle-, and back-office operations in credit derivatives, commodities, investment banking, payments, risk management, and corporate tax.
Beyond her professional achievements, Adele is a champion for Diversity and Inclusion within the financial and technology sectors and is passionate about advancing innovation through collaboration and education. She has also served as a lecturer in Statistics at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
