Rayhaneh Sharif-Askary is the Managing Director, Head of Product and Research at Grayscale Investments. She is responsible for ensuring Grayscale’s products are compliant, cutting edge, and exceed market demands.

Since joining Grayscale in 2018, Rayhaneh has helped raise billions of new capital into Grayscale’s products and has brought the crypto asset class to some of the world’s most sophisticated and significant investors. 

Prior to joining Grayscale, Rayhaneh spent 10 years at UBS Investment Bank, focused on the leveraged finance investment banking, leveraged capital markets and syndication, and distribution businesses.

She graduated magna cum laude from Duke with a B.S. in Economics, and was named one of Business Insider’s 2020 Rising Stars of Wall Street.
