She brings over 20 years of experience leading businesses at the forefront of innovation in the new product/ new market/ new asset class domains.

She is a technical specialist in financial product structuring across; DeFi vault curation, funds (private and public (ETF, ETCs, ETPs)), segregated mandates, structured products and derivatives.

Prior to moving into crypto and DeFi she worked across Tier 1 banks and asset managers holding leadership roles at BlackRock and Barclays.
